Website information
Cancellation & payments
A general inquiry is different from a paid service. This page explains that distinction and how to raise a cancellation or payment question. Effective October 13, 2026.
1. No charge for a website inquiry
The public inquiry form does not take a payment, collect payment-card details or conclude a purchase. Creating a preview or opening an email draft therefore does not itself create a website charge to reverse. You can leave the page, clear the form or discard the draft if you decide not to continue. There is no paid website subscription activated by these actions.
2. Before a service is agreed
A request for information does not reserve a clinical slot or constitute acceptance of a quote. If you no longer wish to pursue a discussion, communicate that decision where appropriate. If an appointment or other arrangement has actually been confirmed through a separate conversation, use the contact process specified for that arrangement rather than assuming that closing the web page cancels it.
3. Terms of an actual transaction
Any later service may have its own agreed scope, price, timing and payment conditions. Review the cancellation and refund information supplied for that particular arrangement before committing. This page does not invent a standard cancellation window, a percentage deduction or an automatic refund promise. The terms applicable to a specific transaction must also respect rights and obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
4. How to raise a question
For a general payment or cancellation question, use Contact and select the relevant administrative subject. Explain what you need reviewed, identify an existing reference if it can be shared without exposing sensitive information, and provide a reply address. Do not enter card numbers, bank credentials, identity-document scans or medical reports in the website form. Further information, if genuinely needed, should be requested through an appropriate channel.
5. Review and acknowledgment
The website does not automatically validate a transaction, determine eligibility for a refund or instruct a bank or payment processor. A sent email is not the same as acknowledgment of cancellation or approval of a repayment. Ask for clear confirmation of the outcome of your request. Any processing times or next steps should be communicated for the specific matter; no fixed response or settlement deadline is promised here.
6. Applicable rights and other providers
Statutory consumer rights and any mandatory remedies remain applicable where the law provides them. If a payment was made to another organization, its role, agreement and payment process may be relevant to the request. An educational link on this website does not make IOR Digital responsible for an unrelated provider’s transaction. Questions about which agreement applies can be raised with the parties identified in that agreement.
