Privacy notice
How information moves through this website, from a page visit to a general inquiry. Effective October 13, 2026.
1. Who is responsible
IOR DIGITAL LTDA is the company identified on this website, registered in Brazil under CNPJ 51.889.175/0001-32. Its company address is AV JOSE WILKER ATOR, 605, BL C 1 A SAL 705, JACAREPAGUA, RIO DE JANEIRO - RJ, 22775-024, Brazil. This notice concerns the public website and general communications associated with it. It is not a notice for a clinical records system or a patient portal.
You can prepare a privacy inquiry through the contact form addressed to [email protected], or write to the company address. Preparing a draft does not establish that a message was sent or received. Describe the privacy issue in general terms and include only the contact information needed for a reply.
2. Information in an inquiry
The inquiry form asks for a name, an email address, an optional organization, an inquiry topic and a message. You provide those details directly. Topic links may select a category such as service availability, examination information or report administration; they do not add medical records or identify a patient.
The form is intended for general administrative communication. Do not include reports, examination images, prescriptions, identity documents, symptoms, payment details or information about another person. There is no file-upload control. If a separate service requires sensitive information, confirm the correct process directly with the responsible provider before sharing it.
3. What the draft form does
Typing into the form changes fields in your browser. Selecting the preview button creates a readable draft on the page; it does not post those fields to a website form-processing service. The authored form does not use a database, account, background autosave or local storage to retain your message. Browser autofill, session restoration and history are controlled by your browser.
The next action opens a mailto link in the email application configured on your device. At that point, your email software may store or synchronize the draft according to its own settings. You must review and send it yourself. You may edit, discard or close a draft instead. The website cannot confirm delivery or subsequent processing by an email provider.
4. Reasons for processing
Information actually received in a general inquiry can be used to understand its subject, direct it to an appropriate administrative discussion, respond to the sender and retain the context of that communication. It should not be treated as permission for unrelated publicity or as consent to a medical procedure.
The applicable legal basis depends on the purpose and circumstances of a particular processing activity, including a request made by the individual, steps connected to a potential agreement, a legal obligation or another basis permitted by applicable law. This notice does not claim that clicking a link supplies blanket consent for every later use.
5. Page delivery and connection data
Opening a website necessarily creates requests to its hosting and network services. Those services can process technical information such as the requested resource, time, internet address, browser characteristics and response status to deliver pages, investigate errors and protect systems. This processing is distinct from the text entered in the inquiry form.
Cloudflare supports website delivery and protection. Hosting and network providers may process information through infrastructure in more than one country. Their roles and applicable safeguards depend on the service involved. The company does not claim that every technical operation occurs only in Brazil or that using this website creates a particular international data-transfer arrangement.
6. Analytics, cookies and browser storage
The authored pages do not set advertising cookies, build remarketing audiences or store inquiry content in browser storage. Fonts and illustrative graphics are served as local website files. There are no embedded maps, social feeds, video players or payment widgets in these pages.
When enabled on the delivery service, Cloudflare Web Analytics uses a browser beacon to measure page views and page performance. Cloudflare describes that product as not using cookies or personal identifiers for its analytics. Its security functions are separate and may use information needed to handle a request. Email-address protection may decode a displayed address in the browser. Neither function means an inquiry has been submitted. Browser settings can limit scripts or cookies, although changing them may affect page behavior.
7. Email and other service providers
If you choose to send a draft, the message travels through the email services used by you and by the recipient. Those services operate their own infrastructure and may keep drafts, sent messages, delivery information or backups under their applicable terms. The public form cannot control those systems or remove copies from your own account.
Administrative access to correspondence should be connected to the purpose of handling it. A link to an educational source is different from sharing your form entries with that source: the site does not append your name, email or message to those links. Opening a reference starts a separate visit governed by that publisher’s practices.
8. Retention and accuracy
The form has no website-side message archive. Once you send correspondence, retention depends on the purpose of the communication, the progress of any associated matter and applicable recordkeeping requirements. No universal deletion period is promised here because correspondence, contractual records and technical logs can have different requirements.
If information in a communication is inaccurate or no longer needed, identify the relevant matter in a correction or deletion request. Avoid resending a complete chain containing sensitive data merely to identify it. A request may require clarification and appropriate identity verification before information can be disclosed, corrected or removed.
9. Your choices and rights
You may browse the informational pages without completing an inquiry. Optional organization details can be left blank, and a prepared draft can be abandoned. Where applicable law grants rights, you may request information about processing, access, correction, deletion or other appropriate action. Some records may need to be retained where a legal requirement applies.
Use the contact route with the subject “Privacy request” and describe the action sought. Do not send identity documents through the general form unless a suitable verification process has first been explained. Brazil’s national data protection authority, ANPD, publishes information about data-subject rights and complaint channels. This notice does not restrict those channels or other mandatory rights.
10. Security, children and updates
Please use a trusted device and review the destination before sending correspondence. A website connection and an ordinary email draft are not a secure medical-record intake workflow. No internet service can be described as completely free from security risk, and this notice does not make that guarantee.
These pages are for general company and imaging information rather than a service directed to children. A parent or responsible adult should manage any relevant administrative inquiry without supplying a child’s health information here. Changes to the website or its communication process may require an updated notice. The effective date above identifies this version; questions about a change can be directed through Contact.
